*this visit was not good by any means, ordered a sausage stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese. Asked why there was alot of sauce and didn’t appear to have extra cheese. Was met by two different individuals with bad attitudes, they reluctantly remade it the same as before. All while trash talking me in the back. From what I gather, extra cheese on a pie is something you pay for but don’t get and when you question it, the employees would rather trash talk the customer within earshot over make it right*

The delivery driver stood at the door until I realized she wanted a tip. After sending a tip thru cashapp (twice by mistake) , my request for refund for one of the tips was denied and manager said it’s not his problem. he refused to even ask driver if they’d received 2 different tips..food was good tho

The worst experience and will spread word. Ordered meal gave extra 10 minutes to prepare. Watched delivery driver take my order. From management to employee look for my order. That i seen walk out door.. To see it gone and asked do I want refund or remake. Which will take another 10 minutes. After I watch yo u go from register to food no washing of hands. Should have asked do it for free but the nasty I seen. Y’all can have it. My favorite place is now my worse. Store had trash working 06/11/2023 9:50 pm.

Was not impressed. Hardly any sauce for a normal pizza and it wasn’t even sliced! Someone attempted to slice it but the pizza wasn’t even dented. I ordered The Works on a thin crust and it was very bland including the sauce. Get your pizza elsewhere.

This is my second time ordering garlic knots from this Papa John’s location, and both times they were delivered as just plain bread knots with no garlic. They came with marinara sauce but they aren’t GARLIC knots. If you look at the picture while ordering they are covered in garlic and the sauce is just extra. I thought the first time was a freak accident and the second time assumed I did something wrong while ordering. But there is no place to select plain or garlic when ordering. Yes there is a garlic sauce option, but the knots themselves are not garlic.
