My husband and I are here visiting from Mississippi and we decided to eat here based off reviews. I will say we were not disappointed! The young man was so friendly, helpful, and respectful! We loved the whole vibe. I changed my order a couple times and was slow about deciding and he was so patient and was even making recommendations on what to get. He was the young light skin gentleman at work around 2 on 7/20/23. Hands down, some of the best service and food I’ve had since I been in Nashville! And I got the Candy bowl drink and it was so good! It was also huge! Lol I couldn’t even finish it! If I could give 10 stars I would! I definitely would recommend! If you want great food and service, and it was so clean…go eat here! Superb!

I ordered the Bayside Platter, which was served with crab, shrimp, potatoes, sausage, corn, and a boiled egg. The shrimp were a little overdone, but flavorful. The crab was just right. The potatoes and corn were buttery and delicious.

We searched out placed on Google and found this gem. From the moment we stepped inside it was a great experience. The young lady Tabitha was so awesome, I hope to see her again when I go. Her customer service was impeccable. The food was so good. It was plentiful. We had to pack it up and go because it was too much . Thanks for such an awesome experience.

While in town visiting Nashville attractions, we stopped to eat at Krustaceans. Oh my goodness! Tabitha was such a friendly employee. My son said, “Humanity is saved. She is so friendly.” The portions were unbelievable and the prices were great (ESPECIALLY for seafood). I would definitely eat here , again! Definitely loved the waffles!

Absolutely phenomenal meal!!! Best lobster I have ever had also had crab, shrimp platter with the potatoes and my boy friend had the fish & srimp with fries everything was truly one of the best meals I have ever had. The ower and staff are just amazing and truly treat you like family. I can not recommend this fantastic gem of a restaurant enough.. If you don’t try this place you are completely missing out on one of the best dining experiences in Nashville!!

I wish I could give this place more than a 5! The atmosphere is warm, and welcoming! We tried the fried fish and shrimp combo with seasoned and cajun fries…oh my gosh! The seafood was so well seasoned! The shrimp have a bit of a kick, but not enough to burn…just a pleasant tingle! The amount of food here is out of this world and the hospitality was amazing! My husband had the red velvet waffle and fish and it was to die for! The waffle has a cake like consistency and was sweet and delicious! We tried the honey garlic boiled corn and it was gone in 10 secs!

The BEST place to try! The food and service was amazing. The vibe and ambiance was perfect. Throughout the whole meal my husband and I just kept repeating how delicious everything was. We got the Seaside platter and had the red velvet waffle. Everything was outstanding and we can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this place to fill your seafood needs.

Service was amazing! Some of my friends were inexperienced with eating seafood boil but the staff were so kind and knowledgeable. The Bayside Platter I had was seasoned perfectly. I liked the cajun seasoning the most, and it tasted so authentic. The shrimp was juicy and crab legs soaked up all the flavor. Corn was so sweet too! I really have no complaints here.

10/10 Let me tell you!!!! I am ready to go back already!! I stumbled across this place because my daughter wanted seafood for her Birthday and I am so glad we chose Krustaceans!!! The customer service was AMAZING!! She made sure our orders were exactly the way we wanted them! The seasoning was good enough to slap ya mama!! Oh and my drinkkkkk had me feeling some type of way by the 3rd sip!! The atmosphere was clean, music was a vibe, and my family really enjoyed EVERYTHING!! We will return soon!
