My first time at this chain and wonderful! If you follow my reviews then you know when I travel I almost always dine at a Chipotle. Well this is similar but different and delicious!!! Added bonus is the breathtaking views!!!

Food was awesome! Beef Burria tacos changed my outlook on life! Slightly spicy with a flavor kick strong enough to knock you over! Outside the over exaggeration the meal was good. The line chef was nice to my family and spent the time asking the 3 year old what beans he wanted. It’s the little things that made me like the experience.

Ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 7:40. Got there at 7:45 and the order wasn’t ready. 20 minutes later, I was finally able to flag someone down and they asked for the name of the order. Someone then looks through a stack of receipts and finds mine and they finally start working on it. I then have to wait an additional 10 minutes for who knows why and they finally give me the food 30 MINUTES after they had promised. Didn’t give me anything for waiting.

I like Cafe Rio…. But this location is super skimpy on their toppings. I just watched them sprinkle a tortilla with a dusting of cheese when I politely asked for more they added about 3 small strings more. Wow. Not only that the lobby is hot. I’m willing to pay more for a better environment and more food. I guess I’ll try Costa Vida.

Who doesn’t love Cafe Rio’s sweet pork burritos? I do. The quality of the food here is pretty consistent and good, but the staff and service seems to vary a bit.

The food was delicious, but the wait was long. They had 4 main areas of service and only 3 workers. It took us a half an hour in line. Waiting in the next area for a worker to come back.

This location has always been consistent in all the years I’ve visited! An employee named Isabele helped me around a week ago, and she was the kindest employee I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting! This Cafe Rio is my favorite location in all of Utah, and I 100/10 recommend it!

Update decided to try Cafe a Rio again in springville. Not sure why they get our order wrong 100% of the time. I ordered nachos with 3 items on them and they forgot the beans. It’s hard to check all of our orders for every item so once again it was wrong. If you want your to go order right I suggest going to a different place to eat.

I was here with a friend an hour and a half before closing. The store was the calmest Cafe Rio I’ve ever been into. Calm to the point of taking 15-20 minutes to order and there were only three customers in line. (We were 2 of them) Not the end of the world, but still pretty slow.

Terrible service and quality! Read all the newest reviews. Customers over and over are having bad experiences. My online order tonight was late and missing multiple items. I caught the mistake, they didn’t tell me. The workers didn’t care because they wanted to close up shop and go home. Told me to call the online number to get my money back for the food they didn’t have.
