The chicken and fries tasted very very dry. And very over cooked. Usually this happens because the food is old, oil is bad or just not caring about food quality. We ordered a burrito and 5 chicken Tenders meal. Also asked for sauces at the window for both. Thought that usually a combination restaurant like this runs well. That is why we did not check the food quality or contents of the bag. I guess today was not one of those days. Kentucky Fried Chicken usually is very good. I feel sorry for the owner.

The Lobdell exit the new manager and crew are doing such a great job and the food actually reminds me of the KFC of olden days I told the cook he must have put love in his chicken because the chicken never tasted that good at that location because before, I guess sometimes you have to clean up house to make it a home next trip to New Orleans you are my first stop, KFC @ Lobdell exit

They get one star cause I have to put a star. Chicken was not even coated. Order was wrong had to go up to counter and ask for order and they just grab it from the warmer and put it on the counter and said here. Everything was cold and the gave me same chicken that they were sopose to replace didnt even eat it dont come here.

Should be a 0 rating. I placed order online. Scheduled order to be read 45 minutes after order was placed, for 10pm pick up. Online shows this store open until 1am on Saturdays. When I arrived five minutes before 10pm, doors were locked. I approached the drive thru window for pick up, and was told they did not receive my order. I politely gave my name and order number for the employee to research. I was informed that this order was just placed and the KFC side was closed. They informed me that they did not have any more dark meat. I explained that the order was placed 45 minutes prior. I futher informed her the online indicates, their store is open until 1am on Saturdays. Very rudely she said: “No, we close at ten. Taco Bell is open later, but we have already closed the KFC side.” So I politely requested a refund. She said: ” Oh no, we can’t give any refunds. Refunds must be done online, because that money does not come to us. I asked, well how will they know I did not receive my order, and the young lady shrugged her shoulders. I ended up having to take what I could get for the money I had paid. I received a very hard chicken sandwich, a hard biscuit with a hard thigh, 3 beef burritos. The food and service were absolutely horrible.

Waited for like 10 minutes for a coleslaw while my order gets cold, my beef bowl is half the size, I told the guy it’s too small, he went back to kitchen after five minutes have me the exact same thing back. The coleslaw side is 3 dollars and it’s a tiny side that goes with your order not a side order. The guy laughed when I complained about the size, whole order I stand in there over 15 minutes. Bowls are usually the safe choice, the beef seemed acceptable but the rice is not good and lettuce not fresh and they gave me core of the lettuce. Ridiculous.

My son & I walk in the restaurant 9:53pm, a RUDE lady walks out the back of the restaurant say the lobby is CLOSED. Mind you the doors say lobby closes at 10pm. Needless to say u’ve just lost a customer.
