If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The 3 girls working on Friday July 21st at 6:30 pm went above and beyond with customer service. The were extremely kind souls and I could not thank them enough. My two children have invisible disabilities. Both have multiple neurological/ behavioral disorders. They unknowingly made my kids day by being so kind and caring and In doing so also made my day. You have really great staff. I can’t thank you enough!

Only stop at this Dunkin’ b/c my daughter likes donuts. The only problem I have with this location is that their donuts never have icing. They look horrible and it’s not a once off. Every visit every donut is missing almost all it’s icing. It’s like they are trying to save money through conserving frosting.

Sadly I don’t even know where to start I have SO MANY issues with this dunkin. Orders are CONSISTENTLY wrong. Just this morning my husbands sandwich is wrong. He wanted maple bacon and got peppered bacon. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I am always met with an attitude ESPECIALLY when you ask to have your order corrected to be the right thing. I have to ask to have my order read back to me at the speaker and when I get up to the window still wrong. The other day at the window I was asked if I had a large cold brew and medium matcha latte I said yes. Then I was handed a large iced coffee with Splenda. I’m so glad I looked. My morning is consistently ruined by this place and they just don’t care about customer service whatsoever. Even leaving This review is pointless. But if I could help one poor soul from going to this dunkin then I did my due diligence to the public.

Food OK, but service was so slow that there was a MAJOR line in the drive-through. I finally sent my friend in to get stuff while I stayed in the drive through line, and she came out and we waited 20 more minutes, stuck in the drive-through line before we could get out. Because of the location of the shop, this causes a major traffic problem on the street outside.

Morning service used to be way much better. Lately it’s been poor and slow. I had to wait 10 min for an iced latte. Seems to be the machine that had an issue but the staff just mentioned to pull to the Side cause there was a delay. I understand is not their problem, but I also had to repeat my order again when I got to the window. Management should try better on fixing or changing the machine that makes the coffee for the latte, makes the store look bad, because it happens all the time.
