The people are always rude and my food is never ready on time. The usual wait is like 30 minutes for my food. The 2 boys in there are always on their phone and goofing off. Then when they get busy close to closing and they don’t want customers coming inside willing about their orders they ask what car you are in and then lock the door while you wait another 20 minutes for your food. Don’t go here!!! Girl is rude and will argue about when your food is supposed to be ready and then will do nothing to try and make up for the inconvenience.

Went to order two thin crust pizzas closer to closing time. Manuel the manager was very polite and complied with my request for a custom order, even though the order taker said it was 2 minutes past the cut off time. I appreciated his courtesy.

Ordered 7 pizza over the phone picked up and got all the way home to 2 pizzas being wrong and 1 with a weird no cheese in the middle. They did comp out pizza and the next week we went in had to wait almost 25 mins on our pizzas while 12 people picked up pizzas in the store after our order.

First, let me say that I do understand the shortage of staff issues we are having everywhere. But, I went through the drive through and ordered 5 hot & ready cheese, 5 hot & ready pepperoni pizzas for a birthday party and was told that it would be about 10 minutes so pull to the front and someone would bring them out. I had no problem in doing that. What I did have a problem with, is that I waited about 30 minutes with approximately 3 to 4 other vehicles after me pulling around getting their pizzas before I got mine which also made me late to the party I was attending.

The pizza is good just make sure your order is right before you leave. If one slice is missing bc you came home and yelled “pizza’s here!” They won’t replace it with what you actually ordered and is on your reciept. I get it, but I’m just saying check your order before you leave.
