Went in Sunday evening. Ordered classic pepperoni. None ready and was told 10 minute wait. Ok, fine with me! Three people came in and ordered after I did. I watched as their pizzas came out of the oven and they left with them. After 25 minutes of waiting, I approached the counter and asked for my money back. I had people waiting in the car for me, including a 3 year old. I asked why others had been served who arrived and ordered after me and was told “I don’t know” by the cashier. She called the manager to give my refund. He offered no explanation and no apology. Handed me my refund and that’s that. I guess I will stick with Dominos from now on.

Used to be good, new employees can be a bit lackadaisical with their pizza cooking. Recently they’ve taken forever to get into my hands, and i received them in shambles. I am picking these pizzas up by the way, not delivery. I digress, this has been a massive downgrade and disappointment from the pizza workers of the past, always was fast and my pizza looked like it was built with care. Honestly have become disappointed with this location, and I hope they can improve. I believe in them.

Employee wearing sunglasses at the counter playing with his hair the other one wearing oversized pants to which he continuously had to pull up while cutting pizzas … phone order customers waiting for orders that never got entered… my online order took about 1 hour to get after asking twice where was my order !! Little Caesars should spend less on advertising and more on staff. Over an hour past our estimated pickup time and the order isn’t even in the oven yet. About 20 other people standing in the lobby in the same boat. Can’t cancel the order since the customer service line is closed. Pathetic. Order only if you have lots of time to spare
