I usually order the livers which are good and cooked the way I like them for that is 4 stars…The 2stars is for the wing I ordered on 8/18/2023, that came with a breast and a biscuit… The breast for the second time was undercooked meaning underneath the skin was doughy… I was told the first time by a lady whom I assumed were the manager that it was done after I took it back, I told her I knew what undercooked chicken looked like but apparently she didn’t. I will not buy anymore breasts at this location, whenever I get the urge for fried chicken again hopefully another KFC will cook it thoroughly.

Not a good place, you think them remodeling the restaurant would make it a good place, yes the appearance but the attitude of the employees is the ones that need replaced also with the food the service is unbearable, they cook the livers too hard you can’t eat them and they serve your half done grill chicken. Will not never go back to this place. Really poor customer service
