If you want to make sure your order is correct just go in and get it. I don’t know how a bowl with chicken and no rice got confused with a burrito with steak and rice. Very disappointing and to add to it I didn’t get a full refund due to the delivery service and I waited my entire work break to get the wrong order. The purpose of an online order is ease which clearly from plenty previous reviews in addition to mine is completely disregarded. This chipotle needs to do better with online orders in addition with better training when you order through the line. It takes forever to get food which is why I did a delivery and still managed to make an inconvenience out of it for me in the end with giving me a burrito instead of a bowl.

The staff can’t follow simple online order instructions to include all the ordered/ paid for items. (90 percent online orders are incorrect and you now expect an additional charge for online convenience.) Even with takeout, unless you hold their hand, they will not give you proper portion sizes and leave out included items that come standard with a meal. Why do paying customers have to teach or remind staff how to do their job. It seems like there is always someone new being trained and is holding up the line. (Has the new employee never ordered food from Chipotle before?) The shelves are not stocked and are out of items frequently.

This location is always the worst at their service. There were 5 people on the line and all standing around while 1 person worked. Worst of all, my daughter had a kid’s quesadilla and ended up throwing up all night. More than likely they mishandled the cheese.

Edit: I left a quality review for another location that I frequent which can do everything better than this location. I pick up from the other location, 40 minutes away from my house, to ensure I get a quality meal. yes food may be a little cold when I get home but its quality, the amount expected and complete. More than I can say for my experiences at this location. Apparently nobody cares for poor customer experiences here either, and that’s fine. I just haven’t been back to this one.

This is probably my last time ordering from this specific location. Every time my husband or I order from the app, there is something wrong with the order, or we are missing something completely. This time I received someone else’s order in a bag with my name on it. Whoever is in charge of mobile orders needs to do a better job of keeping track of what food is going in which bag, ESPECIALLY if there is someone with an allergy/food sensitivity.

Please teach your staff to change their gloves. I watched them touch their clothes and then go back and touch food. That’s disgusting. Gloves should automatically be changed out if touch your body or anything really. I saw no hand washing of one employee and I saw him run his hands through his hair and then put gloves on, so who knows what else they are doing in the back while they make food.

This is the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to nothing is stocked no napkins no forks no chicken, took 15 minutes just to get a bowl with 2 people ahead of me in line, felt like everyone was moving in slow motion, not to mention I went outside to eat the garbage is over flown, trash everywhere, rice all over tables, every time I’ve came here it’s been a terrible experience. Honestly surprised a manager would allow such a mess of the place.

Was at this location yesterday May 10 at 12:30 pm. Long line. Waited over 10 min in line to order. When I gave my order they said out of white rice and would be 10 more mins. They could care less about me or my order or that I waited 10 mins in line for no food and no service, No customer service. No answer at all. Just stood there and waited for me to order. Was sad. Very busy. No idea why they would not have food ready when always busy at lunch there. No back up food ready or even near ready to serve. No solution was given or concern showed

The worst chipotle on the planet. Every single delivery order has a problem. I was just delivered someone else’s food. My last order they forgot half of as well. Just gave them another shot and the kids chicken quesadilla I ordered wasn’t cooked nor was there chicken in it. I called and talked to Ryan the manager and he said that he packed my order himself and what I was saying wasn’t true. Heres a picture of it. All businesses are having labor issues but you guys are really scraping the bottom of the barrel with Ryan as a manager. Not even an apology he just tried to talk over me and called me a liar.
