You’ve got to be kidding me! If I had wanted just tortillas, I would have just gone to Walmart. It would definitely have been cheaper. I received two “crunchwrap supremes” that look just like the picture. Just a tortilla and the crunchy flat inside. That’s it. Seriously. My two quesadillas were just a folded tortilla with a little sauce. I’m flabbergasted that after waiting at the window for 10 minutes, this is what came out. Absolute garbage.

Went inside where it was kinda dirty and stood at the counter a short minute before we were directed to the kiosks for ordering, no more counter service; the way of the world. Wasn’t a big deal. Only TWO people working, God bless them, and they were still kind and efficient.

Ordered food on the app… was made incorrectly as fast food places usually do…returned to store to get food made correctly or a refund… the manager refused either…he was very rude….worst experience ever…he even tried to compare taco bell to Ruth’s Chris..people are really ignorant these days…manager wouldn’t even tell his name….obviously there is a reason why he works at taco bell

This is by far the worst Taco Bell if you ever want anything in the evening. The manager could care less, the order is almost always incorrect in the drive thru, & the quality is terrible. I have given this place many chances….no more.

Fantastic experience. Fast drive-thru, nice people at the window, and the food was really great. It was starting to feel like I’ve made it a personal mission to identify the lackluster service around Indianapolis (look at my previous reviews). This place really raised the bar far above my low expectations today. A big shout out and thanks to the staff at this location!
