Came to eat with a friend and grab a burger. The food was really great, the prices were really great and the people that work here were super chill. My only reason for having my review be 3 stars is because there’s a lot here that can improve. A lot of the menu items were “not on the menu”. The inside decor needs a touch up as well as the outside. Were it not for the locals telling me the burgers here were good, I would have thought this place was closed. It has a lot of potential and I think they can improve.

What a wonderful roadside restaurant. When you go to an “authentic” cheeseburger joint this is what they are modeling it off of. The food was absolutely heaven. The double double cheeseburger was enormous and only to be matched by Dirty’s on Guadalupe (if you know you know). The proprietors we’re so incredibly friendly and happy to see us. They just made us feel at home and as if we we’re regulars stopping in for our daily meal. My wife’s chicken fried steak could have fed a family of 5 for a week and the cole slaw (how any true hamburger connoisseur judges a hamburger joint) was legit smack your mama good. The TL;DR on this place is if you don’t stop here for a meal you are doing yourself and the entire united States Roadside culinary community a dis service.

This place has the bomb burgers and fries! I had the triple double which was huge for me double patties double bacon double cheese. Fantastic! The cook was one of the best ones I’ve seen for burgers. He was cute too. Anyways, the onion rings we good your can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Service was too notch. Looking forwa to going back.
