I had a lovely lavender breve latte this morning. The coffee was delicious. I enjoyed the spaciousness and ambiance, the furnishings, and the many thoughtful details! The facilities were spotless. The staff were friendly and had good energy. This could easily become my home away from home.

I have been going to Kool Beans for years, almost on a weekly basis. Everything had previously been fantastic. The food, atmosphere and service have been stellar. However, recently, one barista here in particular has been rude. I have watched her tell customers to leave before they can even sit down and buy a drink. This has happened to me twice recently. This most recent time I sat down and before I even turned on my laptop she came over and told me I either had to buy a drink or leave; which was before I even had the chance to go up and order. The place was empty beside me and two other customers, and I expect it was because of this. Please stop micromanaging customers who want to buy from and support your facility.

If you are downtown, and in need of good coffee, definitely stop in. They have dozens of types of coffee as well more options than just a simple drip coffee. I’m pretty sure they are the only place in town that offers pour-overs or french press, and more. They roast their own beans too. It’s great to have a place in town to buy fresh beans for my home brew. The owner and employees are always super nice, no matter how busy it is.

Pretty good. Got a lot of different options and it smells awesome in the shop. Not too loud, not awkwardly quiet, and the staff are all great. I usually go there to buy the coffee ground bags to take home, but once in a while I’ll get something to have there. I also bought the french press travel cup and it’s really really nice.
