I have visited many location of sweet greens and can easily give them 4 star but this 2 star rating is for this particular location. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly, i was really disappointed with the quality of the side and salad provided.

sweetgreen is like the Erewhon of fast food. It’s the hoity toity version of Cafe Zupas (and Cafe Zupas has the better menu.) Have I eaten here multiple times? Yes. Was I impressed? No. You can make everything on their menu at home for cheaper. I guess the same could be said for a lot of places but still… It ESPECIALLY applies to sweetgreen. It’s all hype, no substance. Will I eat here again? Yeah, probably. The Hot Honey Chicken Plate is good (esp. when you sub out the quinoa for wild rice) and all their dressings are pretty bomb. Factoring in their prices, it’s definitely not worth it. The rosemary focaccia is underwhelming. If you’re looking for healthy fast food, Cafe Zupas is way better.

I ordered a crispy rice bowl for delivery today (8.16.23). It came without arugula. The most important a basic ingredient. Mistakes happen so I attempted to call. This is most frustrating part. There is no way to speak with anyone. I tried over six times. The phone prompt either encourages you to text or it hangs up on you. Thanks Sweetgreen for the salad without salad!

Overpriced, mediocre salads with a lazy and unfriendly staff to match. The employees seem reluctant to be there. One time I dined in, and every table was dirty. The manager asks someone to clean the tables and nobody steps forward. It took about 10 min for someone to come clean a table to sit at when the restaurant was basically empty and they didn’t seem to be working on take-out orders. There are definitely better options in the area for the price.
