I would give zero stars if I could. I walked in during a 10 hour road trip after getting gas to grab some coffee. I stood at the front for approximately 4 minutes without seeing a staff member. I went to a staff member of Love’s and they went to the back to get me some assistance. An additional 3 minutes passed and nobody came out to assist myself or the long line that had formed. I left and got good ol gas station coffee. I noticed on my way out there that was still no one at the counter. I’ll never attempt this Dunkin’ again. Be weary if you stop with the expectation to actually get some service from them.

Ordered breakfast tacos. Over 2 dollars each. Has less than a tablespoon of all the ingredients that go on the taco. Took it back and complained. Gave me the same garbage again. I don’t usually complain. It don’t have to look just like the photo on the menu. But it should be something similar. I even pointed out the pictures on the menu. There wasn’t a whole egg between the two I ordered and the one that they remade exactly the same as what I complained about. Just bad customer service and or bad employee training. The cook even mentioned that’s what it was supposed to be. Can’t believe this is anything but bad management and poor business practices. I should buy it again to post a picture.
