We stopped to have a “quick” lunch on our way out of town. We ordered at the kiosk because no one was at the counter. We waited over 15 minutes for our food, but when it finally came out, mine looked awful, and my husband’s did not come out with our food. We had ordered a tote of cookies, as well, but we were told they weren’t ready. So we finished eating and still didn’t have our cookies. My husband went up to get them, and he saw that one of the men who ordered just behind us was still waiting for his food. He told the girl behind the counter it had been over 30 minutes. While my husband was still waiting to ask about our cookies, AT LEAST 5 people came in that had been in the drive thru that didn’t get something they ordered. Our receipt said 12:00. We did not get our cookies until 12:41.

My recent experience at McDonald’s was quite disappointing. The fries I ordered seemed to lack the usual freshness and crispness that I expect. It was evident that the oil they used wasn’t fresh, and this greatly affected the taste of the fries. I hope they address this issue promptly to ensure a better dining experience for their customers.

Horrible horrible horrible I think this was the worst experience at any fast food establishment to date .I ordered on app waited 25 in the line then was parked after 10 mins I walked into the store and my order was on the counter just sitting no apologies just handed me the bag .I see why she was getting cursed out by the other customers I counted 5 more people were parked

I hate this McDonald’s so much. I debated suing… such a waste of time and money. I just ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and waited 30 minutes for it and they didn’t even give me enough hot fudge for an infant. They also didn’t even fill up my ice cream. It was also melted and the hot fudge was freezing.

I don’t care what anyone else says about this McDonald’s. I only had $1.49 on gift card and $1 in car and I forgot my wallet at home and the cashier gave me a $6.50 breakfast on the house just to see me not go hungry. I live across the street and you now have a loyal customer for life – and yes a paying one lol!

Honestly, this is by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to. I’ve gotten take-out and dined in many times, and I’ve had a horrible experience each time. The wait time, even when they are not busy, is absurd. I work in a restaurant, where we make food-to-order, and food is able to get out quicker. I had to wait 25+ minutes to get a single order of fries. The staff tends to be very kind, except a few times they have forgotten about my order as I see it sitting on the counter, and they can be snarky. The food is good, not great. They get my order right most of the time.

It is the only McDonald’s nearby in a wonderful neighborhood. I have to say it just wastes its great advantage. Bad service, slow process. Basically all the drive through customers need to wait in the parking spots. And the quality control which is proud by McDonald’s brand is basically none in this branch. I once have received a burger which only got one bun. But I can tell it is still crowded all the time, since it is located at a great crossing.
