Was excited that I moved to an area with delivery. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 bread sticks for my son’s mini bday party. Never again will I order here. One pizza was not cut, one pizza was cut into craziness including 1×1 squares and chopped (pictured), one bread sticks was shoved into the bag with the paper shoved in as an afterthought, and neither bread had butter or cheese on it. I am not quite sure what was going on but it was all awful.

I was driving on the road minding my own business when the bright orange on the “Little Caesars Pizza” logo caught my eye. I thought If I pulled over I would be treated with quick service and a hot pizza, however I was forced to sit in the heat of the scorching sun waiting for my bread sauce and cheese. I really didn’t want to have to say this but. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Not only was I profusely sweating once I received my pizza but I ended up waiting so long I began foaming at the mouth from how hungry I became. But, unfortunately even though I was nearing starvation I could not eat the pizza because It was undercooked and the bottom was falling off, I was genuinely concerned for my health. I ended up going home still hungry and was forced to make a 15 pack of pizza rolls as to not prolong my hunger anymore. Don’t come here or else.

My family ordered tonight at 6:15 pm for 3 bacon pizzas, 1 order of Italian cheese bread and 1 order of crazy bread. We were told the standard “15-20 minutes for the order to be ready.” My husband and I arrived at about the 15 minute mark, expecting maybe a 5-10 minute wait which would’ve been no big deal. Upon arrival, my husband went in an was told they needed an additional 10-15 minutes, so we ran across to Speedway for some beverages. After about 10 minutes, we arrived back. My husband went back in and sat for about another 15 minutes before our food was finally ready. In total, close to a hour was spent on our order which wasn’t complicated. No offer of explanation or apology was given! I would’ve expected at least a “Sorry about the wait!” I get it’s a Friday night, but there should be better practices put in place for mistakes, errors, etc.

Something is always wrong at this location, I come back maybe once every couple months to give them the benefit of the doubt and they always mess something up. Either the order is entirely wrong or the food is absolutely raw. The only consistent thing this location does is mess up your order. I always order online and have had no issues with staff when I go in. But again, my order is never correct or the food is raw. If I could rate this location lower I absolutely would. I highly recommend going to a different location.

Tried to get a pretzel crust with ham instead of pepperoni. He said they couldn’t do that. Went to the location on Bristol and had no issues. Get your game on point. Smh

Absolute worst place to go. They mess up an order and then don’t even bother taking your phone call to replace it and make it right, when the guy picked up the phone he said “hold for 5 minutes “ been on the phone now for 45 minute on hold waiting for answers. Common courtesy people.
