My husband had surgery today and wanted chicken for dinner. I ordered online to get the discount on a 8 piece, my first time ordering online, I mistakenly ordered original instead of crispy. The manager would NOT let me trade for crispy, then she said had to go online for a refund and reorder my whole order. I set the bucket of chicken out of the bag and she said it was now contaminated!

Would of gave it zero stars but didn’t have a choice!! Awful! Went inside to order at 8pm and was told that the lobby was closed and we told them that was fine we would take it to go. Then another girl came up and said they couldn’t take our order, I told her we wasn’t eating in the lobby we was taking it to go . She said our manager said we couldn’t take anymore orders. But as soon as we walked out another couple walks in and they took their order no problem. Very disrespectful and uncalled for

Mannn we need to stop buing this over priced junk…..got theor little “new 2 chicken wrap combo mean” and a 3pc tender combo 20 bucks….and its barley a nugget in these wraps one pickle and some mayo….like the foods garbage and way over priced…ho ANYWHERE other then KFC h.ll walmarts rotisseriechickens 10000 times better and only 5.89….that whole kernel sanders south 20 spuces is a joke ahhaha….but dont listen to me go a head spend your hard earned money on garbage hahahah…..

I usually don’t do reviews for random fast foods, but this KFC was the nicest one I’ve ever been to. It was super well kept and clean. The bathrooms also very nice. The best of all was the food was so fresh and the employees were so nice. The lady who helped us today was really sweet with my daughters and checked up on us about halfway through to make sure we were still doing okay. You normally don’t get this kind of great service at a fast food place but I was thoroughly impressed!
