Went in on 6-19-23 at breakfast time. The kisok had things that looked as if they were not available. The kiosk was nasty I didn’t want to touch it, it looked like dried snot all over it. They refuse to take your order at the register. A lady in a neon green vest walked out to assist and when my husband was trying to ask about the items that looked like they were missing the worker looked at him and rudely said, I just need to know what you want if you want me to help you order. We decided to just leave.

Always double check your food. If you have all the items you ordered then something will be wrong on one of them. Happens just about every time. Order extra pickle and have to pay for it. Still only get 3. Either your fries or your burger will be cold.

It really depends on who is cooking that day. I had an experience with one of the employees on 3/6/2023 she was upset because I asked for sweet and sour sauce twice and she brought me Ranch and when I asked her for the sweet and sour sauce again for the third time she caught an attitude and practically through the sauce at me through the window and said they usually charge 32 cents and slam the window and walk off. I have no problem paying the extra 32 cents for sauce but she had no right to get upset because she was the one who could not tell the difference between sweet and sour sauce and ranch. Having employees like this sure can ruin business. And she knows exactly who she is Hope none of the other customers gets treated the way I did. She really needs to work on her customer service if she’s going to be working at a family-friendly restaurant.

If you want to dine in… don’t go here. The employees make you use a kiosk for orders. Maybe that is a management thing, but if that is how this location wants it then the lobby shouldn’t be open. While I understand McDonalds is not fine dining, but with kids it is rather a hassle.

Fort Gibson, Oklahoma McDonald’s is a great place for lunch. They honor coupons which takes a few bucks off ur total…that’s always a good thing. Plus the chicken nuggets we had for lunch was great…the fries weren’t overly cooked, but just right and oh, so delicious. The restaurant was clean…clean tables…no scraps of food on the floors…bathroom was clean. The cashier was very helpful and friendly.
