By far one of the worst ran chick fil a restaurants in Indiana. Amazing that they can have thirty employees inside but no one has any clue what is going on. Fries were soggy and near inedible. Was told they don’t offer fries “well done” even though I was here last week and was given crispy fries. The chicken sandwhich and nuggets were both fine which is the only reason this did not get a one star. There were several employees standing around doing absolutely nothing while three employees did all of the work. Benjamin at the cash register rushed us through the ordering process even though there was no one in line behind us.

I am visiting my son and his family and we decided Chick-fil-A would be a great place for lunch. I hadn’t used the app for a long time so I had to recreate my account. As with most apps first I picked the store, then navigated the menu. A couple of times when I went back it actually made me reselect the location. I added Nuggets without adding sauce, so I added them again thinking I could delete them later. I couldn’t. I was able to add sauces. Order went through fine, but the screen locked before we arrived. This caused the app to freeze. Fortunately when I reopened it was at the order completion. But it denied we were at the store. It did allow me to override that and our order was delivered. I’ll be ordering again, but it looks like app needs work.

Waited 10 minutes in the line which is pretty standard to receive a meal that had old waffle fries. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the line to bring the food back because the inside had closed. Get to the window and explained to the young man my concern and that I just want a refund. He relays that to the manager, Jacob,who not one time came to apologize. Never again!!

I love Chick Fil A, they never disappoint. They always are fast, friendly, and they get my order correct every time! I appreciate that they have several options for picking up mobile orders too. I can go inside, do curbside, or wait in the drive thru line. This location has become my favorite since they opened. I only wish there was a location closer to home.

Recently I visited and order two chicken spicy sandwich and nuggets, but purposely they gave one regular and one grilled and nuggets were of grilled. Seems like to promote their products they are twisting the order. I was not happy with the service. Please check your Order’s every items before you leave.

Service is always great. But the quality of the food just isn’t the same. The chicken bites were soggy and I was surprised how salty the fries were. I doubt I’ll be visiting a Chick-fil-A again anytime soon.

My husband and I were in town at a nearby church for an event, and we were taking our niece and nephew back with us, and we were very hungry and needed food. This location closes at 10:30pm and we ordered around 10:15. We had to wait about 30min bc they had to make fresh food (which was totally fine). But bc of the wait, they gave us a free cookie, ice dream cone AND cup, and 5 “free entre” cards. And the girl apologized profusely for the wait. It was the best experience we’ve ever had at a CFA. And the food was HOT and FRESH!! I will say that CFA is WAY too expensive now, so we almost never eat there anymore unless it’s a free reward in the app. 🙁

Nah. Chick-fil-A is overrated in my honest opinion. The food is alright but don’t go late at night or else it tastes like used grease. Super expensive as well. I don’t like this place.
