Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Came inside last night to dine in 09/01/22 around 9pm. The kid on the register was half taking our order and half goofing off. I got the sweet n spicy burger and had asked for no mustard and substitute Mayo. I hate mustard.

The only reason why I’m giving them a 3 is because I was missing a couple items out of my food order. I order total 2 full meals and a 1/2. A meal, but they forgot my one of my Frenchfry tries and another jalapeno ranch.

30 to 40 min after u order for them to give u your food….never answer the phone to place orders….(nightshift) and i mean never…..place an order online at 955 pm….got an email and app said food will be ready between 10:05 pm and 10:08 pm….didn’t get our food till 10:43 pm that day……and they can’t say they are short staffed because there’s atleast 6 or more workers behind the counter…..just poor management and work ethic I belive ….why do I keep going…??? It’s only fast food place open on my lunch time….sad

The person taking our order was rude. Obviously she doesn’t like her job. Horrible customer service. The soda machine was practically water. And they were missing a meal on our order. The lady that took our order thought we wanted a free meal probably and checked our receipt twice. Finally figured out she did charge and it was missing. Rgv whataburgers ,much better.
