They have rang up the food orders wrong to make it cost dining dollars rather than meal swipe equivalency. The food is never warm, and it takes forever for a shake. When asking for a condiment or drink cup they all look at you, knowing you’re at the desk for something but it takes a while for service. I have given the place a few chances but it is safe to say that with no change I won’t come back.

Certain staff members are rude to customers, and we waited roughly 10 minutes for a single, ordinary shake when there was nobody else in line. Our food was served barely above room temperature and the staff could be heard cursing in front of customers. While this is only from my last visit, previous visits have been below acceptable and this was the final straw for leaving a harsh review.

An okay restaurant is one I can see myself returning to at some point. Because the wait for a burger is so long, I have to say it’s not worth it. This was during peak hours I must stress. The food, while hot, was underwhelming. If I went during the slower times, gotten my burger in a timely fashion, I would have given it three stars at average.
