Poor service. Asked for my address for delivery then forgot and made it carryout. I noticed when it was over an hour late. Re called and they fixed it and brought it out only to be told they don’t carry change. Driver said “welp I’ll take this back then” it was to late to get anything else so my family didn’t eat tonight cause pizza was dinner till pay day tomorrow. Talked to the manager and he said sorry and he would train his employees to say they don’t carry change. Didn’t help us any tonight though if your thinking from ordering here beware and make sure to repeat yourself and ask multiple questions cause the employees unfortunately haven’t had proper trained(no fault to them this is all a management problem) we personally will not be ordering again.

My family absolutely loves Domino’s..they are super fast on delivery time. the pizza is always hot and on point we eat Domino’s 3 nights a week most weeks best pizza in town hands down …keep up the great work ..ps the spinach feta bread , extra BBQ chicken bacon pizza and the cheese extra sauce is a must

What a joke. Took 50 mins for my food to be delivered after it had left the store. Then on top of it once we finally set down to eat our barely warm pizza there is almost 0 sauce on it.

I wish I could give more than the Manager’s nice because that’s even difficult to say. The training is terrible, they act like they cannot understand you or your order, ordering online you 9/10 will receive a pizza made wrong and they make it impossible to have a decent experience through Sallisaw location. Everyone that I’ve dealt with has no common sense nor decent problem solving skills. I will not waste my time or money there again. Tonight they tried to make me pay AGAIN since I just wanted a simple swap! After I even admitted my mistake when ordering and they still were like you’re gonna have to pay all over again. No it was a coupon and easily switchable. We have had this issue with other orders but usually they cannot even find my entire order in the first place! I can read word for word what it says on the app and they STILL can’t get it.

Customer service was terrible! The girl who took my order didn’t know what she was doing ( no fault to her) and the manager was very rude to her for asking for help. Employees were screaming so loud we could barely hear each other. I really felt bad for the poor new girl.

I got 2 pizza Handmade they were good 8*, also got Parm bites they were yummy 10* , got some cinnamon twist thing *5 they were a bit hard for my taste . Got a Philly cheese steak sandwich it was ok not the best not the worst *6 . Last but not least for the chicken with bacon and tomato side. *7 they were good also. All in all spent $45 for two med pizza 1 toping Parm bite cin twist chicken and Philly cheese steak also a two liter used a coupon on thier app.
