The food is good. It is the service that needs to be better. I’ve been calling the Little Caesar’s Franklin store since about 6:45 and have yet to have them pick up the phone it is now past 7. I can’t order online due to a special order. It’d be awesome if I could call and they actually pick up the phone.

I ordered a pizza and crazy breadsticks. The pizza was severely burnt. I ate some of the breadsticks and ended up accidentally taking a bite out of one that appears to have mold on it. This is DISGUSTING!

I mean, I guess I deserve it for giving them another chance. Every few months we come back and there’s a new way to disappoint. This time I figured we’d order on the app. The app quoted us a pickup time of about 20 minutes. No exaggeration – FORTY minutes later it showed our pizza in the oven. My kids are screaming, we’re waiting in the parking lot. I’m assuming they are extremely understaffed like always proving that once again it’s management screwing up. I guess we’ll try again next year, if they’re still in business.

Changing my review and star rating from 4 to 5 starts. I stopped in last night around 6:30 & went thru the drive thru. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza. The young man at the window who took my order was very nice and professional. They were extremely busy so I needed to wait 6 minutes in my pizza. That was absolutely fine with me. When I went in to get it, it was the BEST pizza I’ve ever eaten. It was so hot and fresh. It was so good I ate 3 pieces on the way home lol. Some of the people who have left negative reviews don’t understand how busy this place is. I’ve been here many years and it’s always been busy. So what if you need to wait a few minutes on a HOT FRESH PIZZA?? ITS WORTH IT IN THE END. Especially for $5.90.

Doors are locked. You HAVE to use the drive thru to get service, and it’s awful when you finally do. Everyone shuffles around like slugs. Even if you order online, you have to wait for all the people in front of you who are expecting “hot and ready” pizza to be served. By the time I get mine, it’s already been sitting for 20+ minutes. This is unacceptable and the place needs to close until it gets the help it needs.

Absolutely HANDS DOWN the BEST little Caesars pizza I have EVER had. I wish I got the name of the woman that helped me at the drive thru. It wasnt cut all the way through on one side, but cooked to perfection. Tasted INCREDIBLE. Thank you so much for the perfect mid week treat for the kiddos!

You can never have anyone answer phone because there is only one working . I have tried to order ahead by phone so when I get off work I can just pick it up. Never works out I have to sit and wait very inconvenient. Hire more or fix this someway because it is not working this way.

Just sitting here at the drive up window….one hour later…. Not exaggerating, this place has gone down hill. People here rude and clearly hate there jobs. Same old Kmart pizza we all where used too. Thanks for nothing and I won’t be back. It’s probably the most hated pizza place in Indiana. Would have gave it zero stars!

Good news, they are under new ownership and seem to have a great team with wonderful customer service! I have been twice this past month; first inside and tonight via the drive thru. Both times for hot and ready pizzas, not a preorder. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. I hope they do well and people give this new crew a chance to earn their business back 🙂
