Great experience and awesome staff! I would definitely recommend this location if you want to have a good experience with your children. Keysha was super helpful, and took as much time as we needed to explain all the new features and procedures at Chuck E Cheese. I hadn’t been in 25 years so I brought cash for tokens! Our daughter enjoyed all the games, the food, and the live shows with dancing and music. There were also employees keeping the facility clean and sanitized as the children were moving from game to game. We purchased a Summer pass which is also a great deal, so we will be back soon!

Great experience for our daughters birthday party. The store was immaculate looking, kids had a blast, and it’s such a great value for the money with their birthday packages. Even the adults had a great time hanging around and socializing while the kids did their thing with the games.

Amazing experience! The manager Gunther is amazing! He is a very kind and welcoming person who runs this location extremely well. I came to purchase some items for my nephew and he was excellent and very patient with me. This guy should be promoted and given a raise. Gunther should be a district manager he is excellent. Promote this man!

My wonderful co-worker,mom,brother& sister went to this location yesterday to celebrate her sister’s bday. They did not receive a pleasant greeting nor were the told about current or future promotions, web site or a app. Fortunately my coworker said the children enjoyed themselves. But y’all need to step up the professionalism. I was going to bring my little cousins but doubtful now.

I am very disappointed! How’s the wheel I come here with my child at least once or twice a week and today I am here and there are four different machines games that are not working as usual. It’s getting to be that way every time we’re here. Don’t understand why the games cannot be fixed. You pay a lot of money to come in here and then the machines are not working. When Gunther is working here everything seems to be working and going well but today they only have one person working in the front and it’s just crazy

Staff was really attentive when it came to checking in, ordering and redeeming tickets. Good variety of games and salad bar was super fresh. Love the unlimited play cards for 1 hour and the cheese stuff crusted pizza! Even more fun for adults than kids!
