On Monday August 7 I stopped for gas and decided to get a cup of coffee. There were 4 people working and I waited at the counter for approximately 3 minutes while they were standing in a huddle and laughing and chatting. When I finally placed my order it was another 4 to 5 minutes for the other 3 to get my coffee. Very poor service. I will not stop again.

This has become my go to location for early morning ☕ coffee replacing a higher priced local competitor. Not only is the coffee and food delicious but the service is friendly and quick. I am allowed to drink my coffee and eat my food in store which is yet another plus over the competition. I will continue to return to this location regularly for the foreseeable future too!

We were at restaurant yesterday and had a logical question about my order. Sadie the manager was irate and incapable for helping us and provide a resolution. I will never gooo back. Wow! Very poor customer service. She knew there was a problem but refused to help us!!! I will never go back and am going to Duncan Corporate to view my complaint on Sadie. Other girls are nice.

I was on my way out of town Saturday and stopped in for a much needed pick-me-up. This did it. Yum!!!! Some kind of iced cappuccino thingy. The donuts looked delish. Not sure how I was able to avoid temptation, but a small pat on my back for that one.

Tried to place an order to purchase half dozen pink frosting donuts. Was told they could only do three because they were going to “run out”. I’ve been there multiple times and they’re always out of donuts.. it’s pretty common for donut shops to run out. Not very good answer to tell a customer they cannot sell you what they have in stock.
