I really think if you are ringing up the food you should know the ingredients of the items on the menu. The spaghetti with meat sauce, no flavor. Turkey was good, and the buy one pizza get one free was great.

Our favorite go-to. The prices are SO good. Two large pizzas are 4-5 meals for my husband and I and they cost as much as one trip to McDonald’s. And it’s good pizza! Very homey feeling.

I can deal with subpar food if the service is exceptional. In this case, the service was just as equally bad. The dark-haired woman at the counter was beyond rude and obviously prejudiced. My mother and I walked in and were just unwelcomely glared at. We approached the counter anyway and were still deciding as it was our first time there. Imagine how awkward and uncomfortable you feel when you tell employees that you need a minute to decide and just get stared (as if she wants you to hurry up). When we placed the order, her attitude matched her ugly facial expressions. She threw my receipts on the counter (when she could have either politely handed them to me or laid them down). I did not throw my card at her, so I did not see why she thought it was appropriate to do that to me. On top of that, I missed what she said regarding a copy of my receipt due to background noise, so when I asked her to repeat it, she said”Copy…..of…..your…..receipt?” condescendingly, as if I were a nuisance for even being there. Maybe offer some soft training to those who are intimidated by black women because we are not going anywhere 🙂

If I could give negative stars I would!! I brought this pizza home to find one burnt and one not cooked right. I called to ask them to remake them and the “boss” “not boss” according to the very friendly cashier. Yelled at me and argued while still in the back saying there was nothing wrong with either pizza! The burnt one was so bad it even smelled burnt! Is all I asked was for new edible pizza. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had!!

The food is amazing. The pizza is simply the best and it is just as good to reheat the next day especially warmed in the oven. The salad with the Italian dressing is fresh, crisp, and delicious. The biggest sin is that the sauce that comes with the bread sticks doesn’t come in pints or quarts because they could charge me whatever for it and I would buy it. THE BEST sauce in Huntsville. Great friendly staff. This place does not disappoint! Worth every cent.

This place is absolute garbage! Every time I order from here something is wrong. Pay for extra cheese, they don’t put it on the pizza. Order a delivery, they left off a meal and then argue with me about it. Call and tell them the rude woman hangs up on you. The foods not even that good.
