I went through the Drive through at the Beechmont Avenue, Cincinnati OH location. I ordered four sandwiches and only got two. There was no one else in line and I didn’t look through the bag so I guess it’s my fault for not performing quality control checks at the drive through window. Arby’s a D list restaurant, starting with their inability to fill an order correctly, so I guess I shouldn’t have expected too much. I hadn’t been to an Arby’s in years and thought I would try it, I won’t be back.

I work right down the road from this location. Every single time I go here the food is TERRIBLE! I got loaded Mac and cheese. It was still frozen in the center and cold as ice. Today I went for loaded fries, and let me say ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Old cold fries and few old pieces of chicken doused in that sweet heat sauce, the only thing semi warm (not spice) was the sauce from sitting on their hot food line! Very disappointed I’ll never go here again! Zero stars if I could

Says they’re open, but doors are locked.. I can see the employees inside working so I decided to go through the drive thru.. Sat at the ordering menu for over 5 mins without a response..
