The staff here was so nice this morning(10:30am 8/13/2023) I had a big order for my 7 person family and I was shocked at how quick service was. The man who was working even put my food bags into an empty box and helped me carry it out to the car for me as he saw I was struggling. The people here are so kind and I have never had a messed up order. The food is always fresh and has never been cold either.

Went through the drive through on 6/28 at night. The man who was working was very rude at the drive through. When I pulled around he gave the very distinct impression that we were a bother and an annoyance. I ordered a large Jamocha shake for my daughter and a sandwich and chicken bacon ranch fries for my other daughter. The sandwich and the fries were hot and fresh and very good. The shake I got was not only not a large (it was a small) but it was not a Jamocha. It had no color or taste to it and no chocolate drizzle on top. It was a plain vanilla shake. When I was in the middle of asking him about the shake, he shut the window on us and walked away. I am appalled by the lack of customer service. I felt he knew it wasn’t right but didn’t want to be bothered. We go to this location frequently and have never received this type of service before. My daughter was very disappointed because she doesn’t like vanilla and I’m not happy that I paid for a large and got a small.

Ordered online for an 11:28 pickup. Went to pickup order and door was locked. Employee was sitting at a table in dining room talking on phone. Drove around to drive thru and there was a sign that stated store was closed. Did not have time to run elsewhere for lunch. Very disappointing. Would of been nice if Employee that saw me could have told me in person what was going on and how I could get my money back for food I would not be receiving. Confirmation # of order was 64488440.

I wanted to love this or at least enjoy a fish sandwich I really did! I have missed the fish sandwich that Hardee’s had when I was a teenager so I took a chance thinking If anyone could make a decent fast food dish Arbys could with the “we have the meats” slogan.
