Have not ordered from papa John’s in over 20 years. Saw commercial for papadias. Thought I would try again. Regretting that decision. They use Uber eats to deliver. I don’t like. Their commercials claim their dough is hand made and never frozen. There is no way in heck that is true. The crust was the worst part. The meat and seasonings in the papadias was good. But the crust tasted old and bland. Same for the XL new york pizza. Toppings and sauce was good. The pizza crust was not good at all. I will not order or visit this establishment again.

Three times in a row, ordered over the course of three months, I’ve had pizza arrive that had been cut unevenly. Four big slices on one side, four tiny slices on the other side. Honestly, I’m so surprised by the consistency, I’m starting to wonder if this is just a feature and not lack of care.

This has to be the worst Papa John’s location. Driver took our order to the wrong location, called this store, and asked what happened and the managers response was “Im not a driver I don’t drive the streets so I wouldn’t know”. That’s probably not the best thing to tell your customers ♀️

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service!!!!! The woman that worked on the evening of 4/13/2023 is sooooo bad. Never said who she is never transfered to a manager didn’t try to figure out what and why things are going south just said. Customer service is customer service not here! Pizza came perfect, cheese sticks came through not fresh, old or overcooked and left out for hours if not longer. I’ve spent thousands on papajohns. When you call this store and tell them they say it’s not possible the food made wrong because it’s rolled through on a machine. And they will do 30 percent off cheese sticks the next time.
