Can’t speak on the food cause the wait was way too long for there being one car in the drive-thru and nobody inside. Staff appears to be incompetent and unable to do anything. Imagine if there was actually people there I’m assuming everyone else is aware of this already hints why nobody was there. Manager was just as horrible if not worse.

This location has really had its ups and downs over the last few mo. Some management problems, short staffed, etc. On my last visit, I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 5 for 5’s and two combo meals, one of which was the pretzel burger. Before my friend ordered it, they did at least advise him they were out of the cheese for it. I’m not sure how the other combo was, but they got 2 out of the 4 drinks wrong. They did get us through the line fairly efficiently, though. All in all, it was a very forgettable experience.

This location USE to be one of my favorites but now it’s far from it… Tonight was the last straw with this location. Ordered the daves single meal and the burgers were RAW. Another from my group who paid for the food called immediately and some lady named Rose (assuming it was a fake name based off the convo) turned out to be rude when asking for a replacement or refund – neither were provided, when asked her name, she hung up. So i called and got the fake name, Rose. Assuming, not positive. It is VERY clear and known that all fast food chains are timing their employees per order but now it’s being timed to the point the food isn’t even cooked is getting ridiculous! Ordered before and it was just the small things like no sauces when I paid for sauce, incorrect sauce – the point being is whoever is running that place, it shouldn’t be running much longer. Or get a new team, or stop timing the orders. COOK THE MEAT!

If I could give a zero I would! This is the most ghettos Wendy’s I’ve been too! I came in today at 4:40pm on Monday the 5th 2023 and let me just say my order was wrong I ordered two 4 for 4 biggy deals one a cheeseburger with only cheese and ketchup small and mine was supposed to be a jr bacon and a size large on fries and drinks and my burger was a regular cheese burger and large fries weren’t even filled up to the top I basically paid for a small and top it off they tasted old ! And my son cheeseburger had mustard and pickles in it ! And that’s not even the worst part the girl taking my order at the window was rude and was to busy flirting with the manager while my food is already there waiting for me for her to give it me and she’s to busy going back and forth with the manager flirting and didn’t look professional AT ALL she was practically wearing her shirt like a crop top her whole stomach and back was out if I could give a rate from my experience ordering here a zero I would!
