Pollo Loco is my fast, healthy place to stop by during the week if I know I won’t have time to cook. The only downside side to it is that on some locations, they take a while to take out your order. This last time, it was more than 15 minutes. I am patient if they are busy, I completely understand because I used to work at one. This doesn’t mean I will stop going to Pollo Loco it just means that I have to stick to the good locations.

Pretty nice restaurant with really healthy food options. As a passionate member of the human race, it is detrimental to have access to nutritious, delicious, yet affordable food, and this restaurant serves exactly that! Not to mention the outstanding customer service, and comfortable atmosphere of this rest. Kept quite clean compared to other food places I have previously visited. Even the music they play as I am eating is quite enjoyable.

If you are gonna sell to your customer’s food make sure it is fresh!!!!. And not 3 days before. I will not pay for that is 3 days old and overfried. We bough 4 orders of 2 pieces and they where awful. Makesure you give the chicken from a day before to the homeless.

It’s El Poll Loco, people. Ok, maybe it’s not everyone’s favorite. However, it is good. The Birra Hard Shell Tacos are , let’s just say, I’ll be returning very soon for more…….possibly today. I wish they offered them as a separate item on the menu, as of now; they come in a box order of 2 and chips for $8.99. Somewhat pricey for 2, yet, again, they are fire!

Good chicken, good people. It wash 2 years ago, last time I order to deliver the chicken was dry and hard and the worst it has feathers on it so they don’t care what they are serving you, how can you trust them? That’s mean they don’t wash and clean the chicken properly, I think I should send this pictures to the USDA because it is disgusting and unhealthy.

Every single time I come to this location they always mess up my order. I was on my lunch break and they gave me mashed potatoes instead of Macaroni and cheese. I can’t go back because my lunch is over. Their service is terrible as well. This is the last time I come here.
