Those who have rated this location anything more than 1 star must never of been to another Dunkin before. This place is atrocious. I’ve come here a handful of times and each time something is wrong. No one knows what they’re doing. Ordered a caramel latte with blueberry and the girl asked me if I wanted cream?? I don’t work at Dunkin and I know better than the employee that lattes come with milk, automatically. When I got my “latte” it wasn’t even a latte. It was just a regular iced coffee, I could tell just by the color when they handed it to me. No one here knows what they’re doing. They need to be trained better or need new people entirely or just shut down. Go to St Clair Dunkin. They beat this place by a long shot. I won’t be going back, waste of money.

Coffee is always burnt and the hours are wrong I showed up at 7:20 and they were closed would not recommend and if you really want dunkin go to Fegleys in tamaqa or drive to Saint Clair. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation

Couldn’t decide between two drinks. Was given a brutally honest answer from the worker as to their opinion. While I know that I liked the one drink for sure, I took the advice of the worker and boy am I glad I did. The new Smoked vanilla latte is amazing.
