It was opening day for this restaurant so there were a few hiccups in the orders. I’m sure it will get better. It was well organized. The chicken and fries were hot, fresh and delicious. The coleslaw…not so much. Hope to return soon.

Been to multiple different Cane’s in different cities. Nearly every time, they forget my sauce to the point I expect it. Not a big deal. But this was my first experience at this Cookeville location. After ordering I pull up to the window and the girl who took my order asked me what I just ordered. I didn’t question it, just assumed they were confirming. However, once I received my food and parked, I open our boxes to realize they forgot my extra sauce and husband’s extra toast he ordered. No worries, just went to let them know. This is where I quickly realized that I wasn’t the first order with mistakes because the employees seemed to act like this was a running joke with mistake meals. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way but whatever I got my food and went back to my car. Then I find that my chicken was not even breaded. (Pic) At this point, I’m starting to get irritated. I go BACK in and the employees have the audacity to laugh like it’s funny. To my face. My ticket says Gabriella took my order and, if this is her name, she’s also the one who laughed in my face. Grow up and do your job. Thanks to Enrique, who I assume is the manager, for laughing with your employees. Straight foolishness.
