STIX has a cool restaurant concept (cook your own skewers), but I’m not sure I would return unless I was in the area. The AYCE is very reasonably priced for the broad selection, and our server was really nice.

It was quite disappointing, the place opens late, and the skewer choices are limited and not AYCE,the atmosphere is vibey and enjoyable, the seating a re are quite low for shorter people or not comfortable, ipad is stuck to the wall so we literally had to hang over the table to get orders in. It’s a cool experience and I would probably go back since the food taste was pretty decent, if they offered the AYCE again and offer way more skewer options. The staff was pretty friendly and nice.

14-Oct-2022 Friday night. Came here for the late dinner, lots of people and after waiting for a while we got seated. Food taste okay, price is affordable in my experience in North California, and live music is not bad. Especially thanks for Jasmine, she was not only serving us but also showing her passion to warm us. She’s super friendly and nice. I’ll definitely give her 10 stars if I can merely rate her work performance.

Food was good overall. The food is marinated so if your picky about that you should ask about it. My favs were the beef skewer, beef short ribs, and the bell peppers (egg plant was great too)

Food is pretty good and despite not being a bbq expert, we cooked them well and didn’t get food poisoning. Our waiter was really nice he’d recommend us foods and even helped us cook. Only downside was how loud the karaoke was. The building is essentially a warehouse and the music would echo. We were sitting in the most back row but it was loud as if we were at a rave.

The food is really good, and it is a pretty unique concept but I have to say the service is astonishing bad. I have never left bad review due to service quality and I’m just stunned. Makes me wonder if they are being trained or paid properly. They didn’t know how to seat customers? Asked how many ppl and then left and came back asking how many people? For a self serving place there’s no instruction, server just drops food off and left without explanation and wouldn’t stop (rolled their eyes) when we tried to ask for missing food and more napkin. Nobody checked on us for the two hours and we don’t even know what meat is grilling. I have never never not wanted to tip before, I still did, but there’s definitely no service at all for a $60 per person self serving meal.
