Normally, this Dunkin is best about their orders. However, today, my husband asked me to put in an order for him. When he got there, the female staff member was extremely rude to him. He was the only person in the drive thru. I found out after the fact, I put in the wrong order for my husband. Being that we just woke up within the hour, I thought he wanted a hot coffee, but he wanted a cold coffee. Instead of being understanding, the female staff member was obnoxious to my husband.

Just went there and I went to order on the drive through five coffees, the person who took my order in the end of the order, said to me with an attitude next time you want to put a big order in come inside. What has happened to customer service? You pull up to the drive-thru they don’t even look at you talk to you or acknowledge you. This kid hands me back my credit card but he’s not looking at me so he doesn’t realize the credit card is out of my reach. They’re too busy talking amongst themselves about what happened the night before to be dealing with customers. I’ve been to many many Dunkin’ donuts this one is by far the worst.
