My experience is not food but that their driver Bailey hit my car and ran. Didn’t make sure we were ok or bother to look at the damage. Very sad and we left our info with the store so we could get in touch. Nothing at all.

I understand that “the world is short staffed”, but the FREAKY SLOW speed at this Jimmy John’s is atrocious. I have waited for over an hour & a half for two sandwiches to be made that were placed on their ap for pick-up. Luckily, I knew they were slow & came 1 hour & 15 minutes after ordering (for immediate pick-up), but still had to wait another 15 minutes after arriving. There were at least 4 other customers who had disgusted looks on their faces from their extended waits too, who were all complaining about how slow they were. Love their sandwiches, but the service is abysmal.

With all the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive to order since I had a short window to pickup the food. But 5 minutes after I ordered, I got the notification it was ready for pickup. The order was made as I asked with customizations. Hopefully that means this location has turned around with their service.
