Pretty disappointing. I ordered through the app and sat at the window for a full 5 minutes before someone came, no exaggeration. The melt I got was pretty good, but the boneless wings were a joke. They were almost all smaller than a chicken nugget and one of my orders of 8 was a “wing” short, which on its own isn’t that big of a deal, but as small as they were I would have expected extra. Everything tasted good.

WOW! Service was OUTSTANDING! Staff were really hustling and working hard. My wife was thrilled to be able to order the salad bar like she used to. Restaurant was clean and very busy. Food was good way better than typical pizza huts but still not great. But still good!

New building in Auburn, still the same great customer service and delicious menu items. I ordered the Cheesesteak Melt during my last two visits. Very, very delicious! The salad bar is smaller now, but is still fresh and delicious. The lighting is much too bright. A dimmer switch would help. Overall this Pizza Hut remains to be among the best in northeast Indiana…

It was ok. Our waiter came back every few minutes to check on us, personally, I can’t stand to be rushed and that’s wat it seemed like. They were having a bday party for a 2 year old there at the time we went in as well and well the new place just don’t have enough room.

Don’t expect the food to taste like the normal pizza hut!!! Wings were hard and had been re-dipped in bbq but were originally something else spicy. Cheese sticks were very sub-par, had very little seasoning, and the sauce was either old or spoiled and tasted very bad. The driver dropped the food at the front desk 15 mins before I was informed it was there so it wasn’t very warm anyway. Definitely going on the ” not worth it” list.

Pizza But, Auburn, recent tear down and new construction. Gone is the family dining room, giving way to the modern all glass industrial look. While the food and most of the staff are still there, I have to say, I preferred the old facility which had been in place since the late 60’s. This new modern look just isn’t as warm and inviting, it’s also a lot smaller with less seating …and no patio room for isolated parties or large groups.

My reasoning for only 3 stars out of 5 well, I know they downsized their building but the original was way way better. Now it feels compact. The salad bar everyone I’ve talked to complained it is half of what it used to be. Our server was great though.
