Stopped in on Pi day. Pizza was good and fresh but they don’t accept coupons or discount codes. You would have thought we’d asked for fine china the way they told us they didn’t have any plates or napkins. The box shows a picture of the garlic dipping sauce and pepperocini under the words “OUR TREAT” on the box but neither box had the sauce or the pepperocini in it.

Can it even be associated with Papa Johns if they don’t carry what other Papa Johns locations do? They do not accept any coupons/specials. They don’t have garlic knots and they don’t have the new garlic Parmesan crust pizza. The food is good for what they actually carry and it seems a bit more spendy that what I have paid at other locations. It would be nice to get my favorite Papa Johns items.

Have eaten here several times and have had the worst experience of any pizza place every time. The workers are rude and the pizza is never done all the way. I’ve never had a pizza from here that didn’t have raw dough in it even after asking them to cook it well done. The workers just stare at their phones all day and complain. It’s not hard to work at a pizza place. Wish I could give it a zero.

Ordered a 12 inch pizza, took way longer than expected to even receive it, and after I got home and looked at it, it was not even 6 inches across and ONLY had cheese in the middle. I took it back expecting to just have them remake it for me, but instead I got rude customer service and they acted like I was wrong. I should’ve just got a refund.

Some of the sassiest and rudest workers I’ve ever met. Always sitting behind the cashier register eating. Today I overheard them talking very poorly about a group of girls who ordered a brownie earlier that day and the worker said she about “threw that f***in brownie in the garbage” after the girls asked if it was done yet. This was all said very loudly for all of us in the pod to hear. Poor customer service.
