I ordered food came before 6 she gave my food away and wouldn’t make me another order im disabled in a wheel chair which I told her she called twice I was in the bathroom called her back and my friend was there well before 6 before they closed she was very rude, screaming, and yelling. literally got there less then 15mins after we ordered. she is trash and need to be shut down the website doesn’t work either.

Of course I gave it a 1 star because you couldn’t go lower…… The Gyro I received was terrible…… The meat was hard and old and they barely put the white sauce on it……… This is why I DO NOT GO TO THIS MR. HERO”S…… Broadway next to the Chinese….A Waste of time and moneyrestaurant………………

Were more interested in being on their phones than serving the customers. Have been going there for years and took a break for awhile. This was my experience the last two recent visits. The folks that were there before were on the ball. I don’t know what happened.

Paid for extra toppings $1.50 and didn’t get them. Cheddar cups are a $1 for the small. So I don’t like this one it is greasy, and to expensive. Go to the one on East 64th and Harvard by save-a-lot. Its much better and not so expensive.

This place is not good. I have been there a few times and they never get the order right. Also they seem to be more expensive then the other locations. Over cooked food and over priced. Not happy with the service.

Although they prepare your food in a timely manner the food at this location is not good. I went twice and will not be going anymore. Ive been to many other locations in cleveland but this one is by far the worst. The food is tasteless and not prepared in the same manner as the other locations. Did not enjoy!
