My husband grew up in the area and had fun memories of Mazzio’s Pizza. Since we were in the area we decided to stop for lunch. They had their lunch buffet which was just okay but definitely not worth the $40 for three people. There weren’t that many people eating but it seemed like the staff just didn’t want to make enough food to keep the buffet going. When we got there most of the food area was empty and the employee said if there’s anything we wanted to just let her know. I let her know that we were there for pizza and pasta and there wasn’t much on the buffet so they needed to get together.

Veg pizza didn’t have spinach and not crispy as ordered. Pizza doughy. Pizza not as requested. Ordered on the phone. I also gave a good tip added it to the bill. Waited in drive thru and no response so we had to come in. Not pleased.

I went there to order small pepperoni pizza and salad and water for 20.18. On the menu said 12.85. They didn’t care. She told me it the charge was the water???? I have receipts. I asked for box and the other lady said it by the cashier come get it when you done!!!! No one care. Don’t want work.

They have the worst customer service here. Employees are not friendly and they don’t do anything to provide a good experience. If you get there for the lunch buffet expect them to not make anymore pizza about 30 minute before the buffet time ends. I have left this place disappointed the last two times I visited. I wouldn’t recommend this pizza place to anyone

Part of the eating area is used for storage, extension cords, waste plastic wrap, weed blower. 3 tables were never cleaned the whole time we were there, no tea, asked twice for tea.
