Deep dish was raw. the ppl that work there barely answer the phone. When they do answer its is that it after everything ya say. They hang up and answer very rudely. They literally made me feel like a dirt bag for even ordering from them. Will never order from them again until they get rid the ppl that work there. Even gave them a tip when I picked up the pizza. No thank you no smile nothing.

Honestly very disappointed I managed the little Caesars that was in Kmart and we never had issues with the pizza coming out straight raw and dough not cooked. But when I had called to explain that my pizza had been undercooked and the dough was still raw I got told “well it cooks for 12mins so I don’t see how it’s raw and honestly we don’t believe you so if you can bring it up we shall fix it” so I did just that and I explained to them when cooking a Supreme deep dish it needs to go through the 12 min and possibly the regular pizza timer or the crazy bread side. To which when I had got another pizza it was still raw. I will not be ordering another deep dish pizza and honestly very disappointed with my experience and how it was handled.

I should not be surprised. Not only is the pizza I ordered the most disgusting-looking greasy nastiness, I requested light sauce yet there is so much sauce on this pizza that the cheese is sliding around and the smell of sauce singes my nasal passages. And, yes, the pictures show the pizza exactly as it was when it arrived here.

Had to wait 15 minutes for my order, no hot and ready pizza available at 12pm on a Friday. While waiting they made hot and ready pizzas so people could come and go quickly without a wait. I and the 4 people after me wait patiently the next 5 left with out waiting. Not fair. And prices went up again. Cheaper else ware.

The new management really made everything so much better. When they are rushed I recommend you order online through the app as it removes a lot of the waiting around. Honestly their service is excellent and I left with a full stomach and absolutely zero complaints.

The lobby is usually packed but ordering online helps tremendously. The pizza has been kind of not the best lately. Usually super flat even though I order the regular crust, kind of burnt and it’s cut ridiculously random.. Some tiny, some huge, not even all the way through.
