would give 0 stars. the waiter was rude, I was so friendly to these people about how it was a mistake with how i ordered. he didn’t try to see what my issue was. he didn’t care. he was very nonchalant. and I wouldn’t recommend him. it looks like he does tables in the back of the restaurant by the bar. the food isn’t bad but it’s not what i wanted. and it’s pretty dry and barely gave me cheese dip. and the cheese dip we got they didn’t even fill the container up. and after i asked him about my food he never even came back to check on the table. very unsatisfied. very rude people. and i believe it was racially motivated at this point. I want to give ZERO STARS. i’d suggest you go to the one on 6th ave on decatur AL instead. this nasty looking pepper looks like a pickle.

Great atmosphere and great food I ordered the healthy fit plate with shrimp it was good also you can order beef tilapia and I think salmon not sure about the salmon in the other hand my friend order a molcajete she said it was delicious we ordered micheladas they were good

I am deeply disappointed with the recent customer service experience at Las Vias As a long-standing and loyal customer, I expected better treatment when I encountered an issue. However, the staff’s lack of care and the manager’s failure to resolve the problem left me feeling undervalued and unheard. It is disheartening to see a business I have supported for so long show such indifference towards its customers. I hope that Las Vias takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its customer service practices, as this incident has left a lasting negative impression on me as a patron.

Not a happy camper this time.. we always get to fajitas combination order extra meat got four piece of the chicken and the rest was just steak. the young lady ack like she didn’t even really wanting to take the order and we place order from there twice a week..

My family and I celebrated our Mom’s 77th birthday here and it was everything that we could have imagined. Great Service, Great Food and the atmosphere were excellent, It was a beautiful occasion and I will be back soon. Thanks, Las Vias you deserve 10 ⭐️

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! WE HAD A SIMPLE CONFUSION ABOUT THE FOOD. THE WAITOR WAS SOOO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. HAD NO INTENT TO FIX THE ISSUE DUE TO HIS ATTITUDE FOR WHATEVER REASON. WE ORDERED A SIDE OF CHEESE DIP AND THEY COULDNT EVEN FILL UP THE CONTAINER. ONCE WE MENTIONED THE ISSUE WITH THE FOOD. HE NEVER CAME BACK TO THE TABLE OUT OF HIS ANGER THAT I DIDNT CARE ABOUT BECAUSE HE WAS NEVER DISRESPECTED OR HAD BEEN RUDE TO. THAT WAS ALL HIM. I BELIVE HE WORKS BY THE BAR.
