This was our second trip to Twisted Brisket. Our first trip was not great, but we thought we would give the restaurant another try since we had a major saver card to use. We got two appetizers which were very standard, much like something you could buy frozen at the grocery store. Then we split a pulled pork sandwhich and sweet potatoe fries, both very disappointing. The sweet potato fries were thin and limp, and the pulled pork was dry and tough. The service was good, but we won’t be back to eat there unless they do something about the food.

Its not the best BBQ I’ve ever eaten, but then again, its hard to beat Oklahoma Joes and jackstack, but it being closeby to where I live, its a nice place. It has a bar but small tvs in awkward angles. The food is pretty good, service is quick but it hasn’t been real busy when I’ve been there. Give it a try if you live around Raymore Belton Grandview and Peculiar.
