I have only been here twice, and it has been about 6 years in between the times I did go in. I do love the flavor of the subs, the combos, and how they toast the buns. The only thing was that our order did get messed up, and I’m hoping I didn’t get overcharged for it. Great staff, love the environment with having my grandfather as a fireman and fire chief. It’s definitely a good local sub shop!

We visit Firehouse 3 to 4 times a month. Always greeted with a smile. The food is excellent and fresh. Prices are reasonable and the value is excellent. We always look at the menu but end up ordering the Hook and Ladder sub. The dining area is spotless. You won’t be disappointed with the food or the service.

First time there, it was really good! I had the 8″ Italian on wheat and a cup of chili! The sub was really good and I’d order it again. The chili was okay, nothing special and gave me instant acid reflux after 2 bites but I’ll probably eat the rest later.

I love the subs here. They are all unique. Always served hot and fresh. My only issue is the staff. They are typically young and not the best with customer service. Tonight I came in near close, which I understand nobody loves that, but they did give me an attitude which was disappointing. I still left a tip and let them know I appreciate them. One of my favorite spots in Brighton for a sandwich.

Ordered some plain subs with just meat ,cheese and vinegarette. The employee asked if all the toppings would be good and we said no, just plain meat and cheese. Who I’m assuming was the manager helped the kid ring them up and even asked if we were sure thet we wanted them plain and we said yes. Drove home to find out that they were made with everything but what we wanted. We were the only customers in there and took them just a few minutes to make which was great. The fact that within 30 seconds they forgot what we ordered blows my mind though. We live in the next town over too. We will not be going back.

The sandwiches here make me feel all types of ways. The the fully involved Italian is my all time favorite. The service is always fast and polite. Plus, you can order online and have it ready when you walk in. They also have the Free Style Coca-Cola machine so you can make some insane drink combinations that would be impossible otherwise.
