Food always takes SO long. I always order on the app and it estimates 20-25 minutes usually but it always takes over an hour. We are always waiting forever even after the order tracker goes into “boxing”. Last time took 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas. This time we’ve waited an hour and are STILL waiting. The food is good but takes FOREVER. We will probably stop coming and move to Pizza Hut across the way to save our time and sanity.

I ordered online and waited well over the time it was supposed to be done waiting for the app to tell me my order was ready. When I went in 20+ minutes after my order was supposed to be ready asking what was going on the cashier grabbed my pizzas off of a shelf and scanned them and handed them to me. Only then did the app update saying it was ready, and my pizza was cold. I’m just trying to understand why it wasn’t put in the warmer where pickup orders go!! I am extremely disappointed. Cold pizza, and not one other customer in sight. There is no reason this should have happened. Laziness.

This used to be the best little Caesars, but boy has that gone down hill. I placed an online order tonight for the first time in a little while, and not once but TWICE I was given a raw pizza. I ordered at 6pm, waited over an hour for my order to be ready, got it home and took a bite just for the dough to be completely raw. I took it back and was told they’d have another one out to me in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and eventually went up to ask for a refund because at this point it’s been 2 and a half hours since I’ve ordered my dinner. They start the refund but then stop because my pizza was just coming out of the oven. I opened the box and it looked more done than the last one so I left. I get back home to eat my pizza and of course, first bite, still completely raw. I wasn’t about to drive back there for a THIRD time, so I called. I got hung up on 5 times, then they finally answered and had a horrible attitude because I asked for a refund. They said they would refund it but didn’t take my name or anything until I gave it to them. I understand being understaffed, but there were employees standing around doing absolutely nothing both of the times I sat there waiting for my pizza. At this point, I’ll just order from elsewhere. Not like little Caesars prices are any better anymore. Horrible.

Good if you pick up! Don’t use their app for delivery services!!! I think they use door dash? But we have had pizza delivered to the wrong house AND now pizza that was obviously dropped and smashed. Tried calling the customer service number numerous times with no answers and no call backs.

21 April 2022: walked in and bought a classic Hot N Ready pepperoni. I have photographed the more photogenic half. Note the inconsistency of the cut, the underdone crust, and the preponderance of sauce laid thick at the edges. The cuts did not pass through the pizza, so each slice had to be ripped. The texture of the dough was both hard (but not in a crispy way) and soft (but in a doughy way). The half I ate first, which I undertook to do in order to mitigate my anguish, suffered from bald spots in the cheese.

Tried ordering online, said they aren’t taking orders. Walked in and tried to order 2 extra most bestest and the guy working said they’re not doing those. Then tried ordering Italian cheesy bread and he said they’re not doing those either. Guy wasn’t too nice either.
