Tried the chicken teriyaki spam masubi and beef lumpia. Fast service friendly staff. I tasted white pepper??Not sure on Mac Salad. Usually don’t care for white pepper but otherwise decent. Ample seating. Good flavors not too overpowering. Reminds me of L&L Hawaiian BBQ in California will have to try katsu next time

Stopped in last night on 3/8/23 around 6pm. I got there right before the line of people came in. Friendly customer service, someone from the back came out and suggested to people in the line to order online as well. I ordered the Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken and a spam musubi. Probably took a little less than 10 minutes before it was ready. Overall it was ok. I was born on the island and go back and visit every couple of years so to me it just wasn’t as authentic. Just a little short, it was edible but to me, it lacked something. I’ll come back and try the kalua pork, that will be the true testament.

No short ribs. Bbq menu was small. Salad could use more flavor. Order a couple egg rolls for the kid. They were colder than the fridge but not frozen when a bit was taken. They said they would fix it. They threw my bitten off egg roll back in the fryer!

Craving mac salad. I lived in Hawaii for a few years and frequently visited local food spots. C&H Hawaiian Grill hit the spot. Mac salad was good. Could have had a bigger portion for the chicken. However overall good place to eat.

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken plate. The portion size was good but the chicken was bland. The chicken was not marinated enough. My rice was mushy & Mac Salad was dry. I also ordered Musubi’s and they were really good.

OK, so if you’ve been rocking with this, place since they’ve been on rancier? You know this location is definitely an upgrade. It’s so beautiful and island like on the inside like paradise. My husband and I really love their teriyaki chicken with their rice. I like it with cabbage as a side and my husband loves the macaroni salad

I’ve always enjoyed thos place and the food has always been amazing, tonight though took the cake!!!! Ordered from them through doordash and doordash messed up my order to the point I got someone else’s order from a different resturaunt all together. Got refunded and went to order again and it was after the restraints door dash hours, well I wish I got the managers name because she went well above and beyond and I’m hoping rhis place is taking care of her. She retook my order and personally brought it out to me, amazing customer service and as always great food!!!!! I will be enjoying it again soon. Thank you ma’am I still wish I got your name so I could give you the credit.

We’ve tried 3 different times. I just can’t anymore. Ordered through DD. Forgot our rice… How???? I asked very nicely in the NOTES to please add a side of teriyaki sauce, none. There’s hardly any on the chicken and the chicken tastes a little off. Food is just ok, at best. Tried calling to complain to help a mom and pop place… It says it’s not set up. Ugh. Got a full refund through DD and not coming back. Honestly, there’s better places in Killeen than this. I grew up Polynesian dancing and with a Samoan family, this is not Hawaiian food at all. Bland. Criminally small portions. Hardly any cabbage. Mac is just gross. It’s called pepper!! They are a mess and can’t get their stuff together and can’t follow BASIC INSTRUCTION on a note at the very least. Clearly not a good ran business in many ways. This place deserves and needs to close. Check yourself C&H Hawaiian grill

So I decided to try out this place because I was craving some Hawaiian food. It was so so. I ordered the Beef Teriyaki plate and felt a bit skimped out but nice amount of rice. The beef had great flavor but was a bit too chewy for me. A shame that I enjoyed the macaroni salad because I would’ve loved more than 2 bites. I also ordered the musubi. Cant complain was alright but that’s about it . I would’ve enjoyed it more if I wasn’t skimped out on some portions but flavor was good.

Best to order in the drive-thru. Came in wanting to sit down and have a hot meal. One plate ended up taking 35 minutes to receive all while the drive-thru was getting their food within 10-15. By the time I received my plate it was barely lukewarm and became cold within five minutes. It’s clear they prioritize online/drive-thru orders first, very disappointing.
