This has happened twice now. I got a medium Butterfinger Blast today. The top had Butterfinger mixed throughout, but more than half the bottom of my cup was plain vanilla ice cream. Very little of the candy bar was in my blast. Save your money, and just get a normal ice cream shake.

I don’t know if it’s under new management or not but today I was either really hungry or I actually got the BEST fries and burger that I’ve ever had from Sonic. And I’ve been eating at Sonic since the $5 brown bag special from back in the day. The fries were hot and salted just right. The burger was perfectly dressed. I was amazed. Great job Sonic!

The service was fast, our order was correct, and the girl who delivered our food was really sweet and patient whenever we requested extra napkins. Also, the chili cheese Frito wrap-thing is amazing!

Nasty/bland food/cold overcooked fries/tots. Burgers leave a horrible taste in the back of the throat as though the grill is not properly being properly cleaned. Have ate at this sonic a few times since being here in Water Valley at different times giving every opportunity if this is a consistent or (not) the way the food is prepared. It has been consistently bad. Horrible as usual. I have stopped eating at two other known (names withheld) places because of consistently bad food service all together, and this sonic rakes second on the list as consistently horrible food service. I have no problem not eating at this sonic again. I refuse to eat at this sonic again, and yes I spread the word to others to not service this sonic as I have with the other two places. Something needs to be done to stop these food services for the bad service they produce. This is not good service when the food taste as though it is cooked in old grease that is not being regularly changed along with wilted toppings-such as lettuce-etc…: back in the days long ago, the food was properly cooked. All of that is lost, and these services need to be called out now for the “ I don’t care about the food I serve to the customers” attitudes are done away with. Those that serve and prepare need to learn to be proud of what they serve first, and not whine about the money they think they deserve, because no amount of money will prevent them from continuing to serve the horrible trash they prepare. Discontinue this sonic until they recognize the horrible trash they are preparing needs to come from serving with pride, not careless attitudes.
