When I arrived I was the only customer in the building . Five employees hanging out at the drive-thru register One was eating everyone turned around and looked at me, however no one ever acknowledge me or said I’ll be with you. I waited for 5 more minutes I thought they’ll get to me I asked can I order my food here. They start calling someone from the back and I asked how come no one even acknowledged me or said I’ll be with you shortly or anything. I just left at that point I don’t want anything from this place The customer service is terrible

First time in this Wendy’s and I noticed that they charged me the large combo instead of the medium one and still gave me the medium cup and medium fries. The cashier didn’t understand a word of what I ordered, not sure because of a language barrier or she was a new employee that was thrown at the register without proper training on the menu. I waited more than 10 mins for a simple combo, and employees were talking each other without doing any order. Management has to focus on customer service way better.

Came into this Wendy’s thinking it was like every other Wendy’s I have been too. Decent food clean place to eat it. I believe I have entered the twilight zone. I ordered my fare and the worker have me my cup with a little ice in it. Got to the soda machine and there was no ice, my 1st 4 choices in soda was not available. There were no straws , or napkins , no little cups for ketchup. The floor needed sweeping . I believe old Dave would roll over in his grave visiting this restaurant. Just plain old sad.

Going to this Wendy’s is always a nightmare. I prefer Wendy’s over Burger King except when I’m in this neighborhood. They do not have customer service skills. When you walk into your job you are a representation of the company. This location needs to clean house and try again. I stopped going inside because it’s crazy to see how unprofessional they are. When I got to the drive through the lady seemed like she had a limited vocabulary and was only capable of making sound effects. Horrible energy, she did not want to be bothered with taking the order and not once was I told my total or given a receipt. I did not want an extra large lemonade but thats what I got and I’m pretty sure I paid for it because a $5 biggie bag shouldn’t be more than $6. The food was not fresh. That tells me they were probably short staffed but it does not justify being displeased and short with a customer that has nothing to do with your life. Get yourself together honey. Happiness comes from within.

The food was overcooked and dry, the manager was outside with several employees calling the ones inside and out the n word consistently cursing one profanity after another while the window cashier was doing her best. If i could give this a 0 stars i wouldn’t just because of the drive through girl. That manager doesn’t deserve her job in power. Such a person is a disgrace to any job environment and honestly needs help psychiatric help.

Claimed there was no receipt paper after they charged me. When I get the food they upgraded all of my drinks and fries without asking me so they can charge extra. This practice at fast food restaurants really needs to stop.
