This location is great. Every time we’ve ordered here our food has been made perfectly. The crew is kind and works fast in making our order. It’s fast, efficient and of quality. Side note we’ve only ordered here at night so our experience is based off of night crew workers. So not too sure if it’s in fact an all around great place to order from any time of day. So as far as night time ordering I’d say 2 thumbs up!

The pizza isn’t bad it’s the customer service that’s awful . If you are local or tourist ONLY order ONLINE for pickup or delivery. If you walk in the store they will not honor coupons or online deals .

Made an online order of three pizzas from Domino’s in Kailua-Kona. Got home and found that the majority of the slices made into each pizza was not cut through. I called the store, was put on hold for the manager on duty, and was HUNG up on. It seems like I need to “FOLD 14 inch pizzas in half and/or CUT them ourselves in order to be consumed. As far as I can remember, pizzas are sliced properly, so all you need to do is, grab a slice and place it on your plate. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Also the gal that answered my call, was trying to tell me that they don’t slice the pizzas. I’m hoping your corporate office will respond.

I ordered a pizza on the phone and when I got there I walked in, everything smelt so good so I had to ordered more. When I walked back in after 10 mins to get the rest of the food some one took my order by accident. Dominos went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer from this small little mistake. I will definitely order from this dominos again. 5stars for there hard workers that work there and there outstanding service they provide.
