Glad they’re back. Love the cprn chowder soup and salmon BLT. Hard to pay $80+tip for bowl of soup, salmon BLT, and steak fries, but totally worth it… paying for the view.

Cocktails VERY expensive. Ordered a couple of Makers manhattans for myself and my dad. Server asked if we wanted upgrade to makers premium or whatever it was. Didn’t ask price as you normally don’t do. Got the check $34 each. I was shocked. I didn’t take it out on the server as she was doing her job. But I asked her to tell the manager how displeased I was. Food was good. Great golf view. No problem there. But this is a restaurant where you have to ask the price. I was very disappointed.

My husband and I were in town to celebrate our anniversary so we were looking for a great place to have dinner that wasn’t completely over the top expensive. Hagen’s came highly recommended from someone who lives locally. We sat with a great view of the golf course and the environment was very relaxing. Our drinks, appetizer, and dinner were all very good. We loved that they took their time and did not rush us. We will definitely visit for another meal the next time we are in town.

It was an amazingly beautiful setting. I was however disappointed that I paid $32 for a dish I didn’t care for it had a Slightly spicy pepper sauce but the only flavor I could taste was. Bell pepper. I was hoping for something a little more complex.

Overpriced and over cooked food. My dinner companion and I couldn’t even hear each other because of the drunken raucous corporate party in the dining room. Not once did our waitress ever attend to us. The kitchen help took our order, brought us our order and checked on us. The so called waitress brought us our bill and actually expected a tip. Mind you this was on Monday about 4pm. Only the corporate party and us were there. I can’t imagine how horrendous this place would be if they were actually busy.

Hagan’s in not the Hagan’s of old. My husband and I dined there last night. The floor was covered with food from previous diners, the restrooms were were not clean, paper on floor, trash receptacle overflowing. My husband ordered beer battered fish and chips. The fish was undercooked the batter runny. Falling off the bone ribs weren’t falling off the bone, but better than the fish. The meal was comped, however, my husband went away hungry. It was not busy and service was good. There were several wait staff on duty who could have been taking care of the mess under tables. It will be a long time before returning to Hagan’s. We are local and in the past looked forward to dining here.

The shrimp dish I got was messy as well as the big shrimp in the HOT plate of pasta still had the tails on. I had to take take the tail shells off myself… it was difficult and messy to say the least. I paid $32 for this dish! And they advertised spinach in the dish. There was no greenery in the dish at all. A huge disappointment. Never go there again

My husband and I ate at Hagen’s for dinner while on vacation. We were blown away by how good the food was! The service also amazing with our wonderful waitress. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the French Lick area.
